Heute schüttet es wie aus Eimern- und das Ende Juli!! Deswegen heute ein Outfit, mit dem auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut aussieht und trocken bleibt.
Die Stiefel sind von Gallucci. Die Jeggings ist von Eddie Pen, die Strickjacke von Bellerose sorgt mit ihrem schönen royal blau für einen kleinen Farbklecks. Und das wichtigste bei Regen- die Regenjacke in dunklem blau von Adelheid.



Eventhough it's the end of july the weather is rainy and wet today.That's why i decided to create an outfit, that looks great and keeps dry.
The boots are by Galluci, the Jeggings by Eddie Pen. The royal blue cardigan by Bellerose adds a touch of color. And the most important piece: the dark blue raincoat by Adelheid.

Auch wenn der Winter hoffentlich noch ein bisschen hin ist, muss ich diese tollen, bunten Bommelmützen von Catya jetzt schon vorstellen.

Roma e Toska Winter 2011/2012

Nach und nach treffen bei Kidsstars auch schon die ersten Kollektionen für den Herbst und den Winter 2011/2012 ein.
Natürlich ist auch Roma e Toska wieder dabei.
Wie jedes Jahr, gab es auch für diese Kollektion wieder ein Thema. Das Thema für die diesjährige Herbst/Winter Kollektion: Das Mittelalter.
Hinter den tollen Seidenstoffen und bestickten Blusen und Röcken finden sich wieder tolle Geschichten. So ist auf einem Stoff beispielsweise die erste Strophe des Nibelungen-Lied's eingestickt oder auf Seidenblusen finden sich die Motive von Wunderkammern aus dem Mittelalter, Kammern in denen die Könige wundersame Dinge die sie gefunden haben sammelten.
Ein großes Thema ist auch der Ritter (letztes Bild vom Roma in einem silbernen Pailletenkleid). Der silberne Paillettenstoff symbolisiert die Ritterrüstung.
Eine tolle Kollektion, die einfach zu tragen und stylish ist und einen in eine alte, magische Welt entführt.

Like every year, the Roma e Toska winter collection has a main theme. This year's inspiration was the middle age.

Behind all of the beautiful blouses, skirts and fabrics one can find magic stories about princesses, knights and the magic forest.

One fabric even is embroidered with the first verse of the nibelung song.

The motifs on the silk blouses and skirts show the "Wunderkammer" a room in the middle ages, where the kings kept all of the magic and mysterious things they found.

A great and very stylish collection, that is easy to wear .

Eines der größten Magazine für Kindermode in Deutschland, die Luna, suchen für eine Modenshow 30 mini Models.
Gesucht werden Kinder im Alter von 6-8 Jahren mit den Konfetionsgrößen 116 und 122.
Das Casting findet am 23. Juli von 10-13 Uhr im Marriott Hotel in der Johanisstraße 76-80 in Köln statt.

One of the biggest magazines for Kid's Fashion in Germany, the Luna Magazine, is looking for 30 mini models for a fashionshow.

They are looking for children age 6-8 (sizes 116 and 122).

The Casting will be on the 23rd of July from 10 am to 1 pm in the Marriott Hotel in the Johanisstraße 76-80 in Cologne.

Erfrischende Abkühlung!

Draußen scheint die Sonne, der Himmel ist blau und es sind mindestens 30 Grad im Schatten. Aber anstatt das gute Wetter zu genießen muss ich am Schreibtische hocken und für meine Klausuren lernen - nicht besonders sommerlich. Da die Sonne mit voller Kraft in mein Zimmer scheint, lässt es sich trotz offener Fenster und einem kleinen Ventilator vor Hitze kaum aushalten. Meine einzige und letzte Rettung ist daher mein selbstgemachter und unglaublich erfrischender Eistee. Falls irgendjemand ähnliche Sommerprobleme wie ich "erleiden" sollte (ich hoffe es handelt sich dabei nicht auch um Juraklausuren), möchte ich ihm mein Rezept keinesfalls vorenthalten. Es ist wirklich super einfach, schnell gemacht und wunderbar erfrischend:

Man braucht:

- 1/2 Liter Wasser

- 2 Beutel Schwarztee

- 2 Beutel Pfefferminztee

- 1 Zitrone

- Zucker (oder andere Süße)

- einige Minzblätter

- viele Eiswürfel

Zunächst müsst Ihr das Wasser zum kochen bringen und dann die Teebeutel darin ziehen lassen. Ich lasse sie gerne etwas länger ziehen (ca. 30 Minuten), da der Geschmack dadurch deutlich intensiver wird - keine Angst, es wird nicht bitter. Anschließend schmecke ich den Tee mit Zucker und etwas frisch gepresstem Zitronensaft ab (hierbei ist probieren angesagt, der eine mag es süßer, der andere saurer). Zum Schluss nehme ich noch einige Blätter frischer Minze und werfe sie in den Tee. Anschließend geht es in den Kühlschrank, damit es am Ende auch ein "Eis"Tee wird.

Kurz vor dem servieren schmeiße ich noch zwei Hände Eiswürfel in den Tee und verziere die Gläser gerne mit einer frisch aufgeschnittenen Scheibe Zitrone und zwei Minzblättern - das Auge trinkt schließlich mit. Nun steht meiner Abkühlung nichts mehr im Wege.

Refreshing Ice Tea

The sun is shining, the sky is cloudless and it is around 30 degrees outside. However, instead of enjoying the summer, I have sit on my desk and revise for my upcoming exams - surely not the way to spend the summer! Unfortunately the sun is shining straight into my room and despite the open windows, it gets unbearably hot inside. My only rescue from this is my incredibly refreshing, self-made icetea. So if anyone "suffers" from the same summer-related issues as I do (hopefully you are not facing law exams!), I can only recommend my recipe, which is truly easy, quickly done and really cools you down - at least for a bit:

You need:

- 1 1/2 litres of water

- 2 bags of black tea

- 2 bags of peppermint tea

- sugar (or other sweeteners)

- one lemon

- a few mint leaves

- a lot of ice cubes

At first you need to boil the water. Then you steep the tea bag for about 30 minutes (it gives the ice tea a more intense taste). After that you sweeten the tea and pour in a little fresh lemon juice. The amount is really a matter of taste and you will need to experiment a little - some like it really sweet, others prefer it to be a little more sour. Then throw in a few leaves of fresh mint and you are nearly done. As you want to have "ice" tea though, you will need to put your tea in the refrigerator to let it cool of. Now shortly before you serve the ice tea, you put in the ice cubes and as I like everything to look really nice, I decorate the glasses with a slice of lemon and one or two mint leaves. Pick a nicely colored straw and you are ready to for your refreshing break.
