Farbtrends Sommer 2012

Die Farbtrends für diesen Sommer sind weitreichend und es ist garantiert für jeden was dabei: für Mädchen, die es gerne klassisch mögen, für hippe Mädchen und für Mädchen die es verspielt und romantisch mögen.
Die drei wichtigsten Trends sind hier zusammen gefasst: zippy orange, pastell Töne und nude&white.
Zippy orange ist der knalligsten Trends diese Saison: neben all den andere Neon Farben wie pink, blau und grün ist vor allem das neon orange, auf der Messe bezeichnet als "zippy orange", die Farbe, die sich am meisten durchgesetzt hat. Jeder sollte ein Stück zippy orange in seinem Kleiderschrank haben. Für mutige gibt es eine knallige Hose von Notify, wer es etwas schlichter mag aber auf den Farbklecks nicht verzichten möchte, kann das nudefarbene Top von Bellerose mit neon Stickereien bestellen.
Der zweite Farbtrend sind pastell Farben. Soft orange, gelb, hellblau, mint und rosa. Alles in gedeckten pastelligen Tönen. Romantisch, verspielt und toll für den Sommer. Besonders gut gefällt mir die himmelblaue Jeans im used Look. Diese Farben sind für jeden was.
Als letzten Trend gibt es die Klassiker: nude und grau Tön eund wie immer im Sommer natürlich auch weiss. Ob beigefarbene Tüllrock von Monnalisa oder one-shoulder shirt von Roma e Toska: hier werden sowohl fashionistas und Fans des klassischen Looks fündig.
Natürlich lassen sich auch alle drei Farbhits super miteinander kombinieren: weisses shirt zu pastell Rock, hellgraue Strickjacke zur rosa Hose oder beiger Rock von Roma e Toska zu zippy orange Strickjacke.


This summer there are three big color trends and at least one of them fits every single girl; no matter if you're the sporty typ, the classic typ or you love trends more than anything. The three colortrends are: zippy orange, soft colors and nude&white.
No matter if pink, green or yellow: neon and bright colors are IN. But the color that made it into most of the collections is this season's so called 'zippy orange'. Every girl should have a piece of zippy orange in their closet. Who doesn't like it too bright can wear pieces with zippy oranges applications, like the nude top with big floral applications by Bellerose. Girls who aren't afraid of color should go with the amazing bright orange pants by Notify.
The second and very romantic trend when it comes to colors is everything that is soft: ice-cream colors. Green, rose, yellow or blue pastells are just great for summer and great for every girl who like it romantic. I am in love with the skyblue jeans.
The third trend is a classic and appealing to everyone: nude&white. Beige. light grey, nude and white: decent colors which are, by the way, great combination possibilities for the other two color trends. Add the one-shoulder Roma e Toska shirt to a rose jeans and you have a perfect summer look. Enjoy!

Garten Party

Inzwischen weiss jeder, dass Blumenprints ein riesen Thema in den Kollektionen für Frühjahr/Sommer 2012 in der Welt der Damenmode sind. Und in der Kinderwelt ist es nicht anders.
Die Designer lassen ihrer Kreativität freien Lauf und von bedruckten Sneakern in knallpink, über Mandelblütenkleider bis hin zu shirts mit Blütenapplikationen gibt es alles. Und so findet sich garantiert auch für jeden Typ von Mädchen etwas.
Für alle die es farbenfroh und etwas ausgefallen mögen, gibt es die "knallig& modern" Variante mit gestreiften Leggings mit überdimensionalen rosa Blumen oder knallblauem Sommerkleid mit abstrakten Tulpen. Diese bunte und tropische Version des Blumentrends macht jedem Gute Laune.
" Wild flowers" ist die etwas klassische Variante des Blumenprints. Gebrochen wird das typisch kitschige des Blumenprints entweder durch knallige Farben (wie beim fröhlich bunten Paul Smith Cardigan) oder durch ungewöhnlichen Gebrauch (wie als all-over Print beim Spring Court Sneaker). Aber auch der verspielte Rock mit Blütenstickereien von Roma e Toska ist wunderschön und sommerlich. Wem ein Blumenprint genug ist kombiniert zum Beispiel den Rock mit einem schlichten Oberteil oder den Cardigan mit ein paar Jeans. Mutige kombinieren Blumenprint mit Blumenprint.
Wenn es um den Blumenprint geht darf natürlich auch eine romantische Version nicht fehlen. Wunderschöne Kleider mit Blumenprint in zarten pastell Farben sind vor allem für besondere Anlässe wie Hochzeiten oder Konfirmationen geeignet. Perfekt dazu passt der ebenso romantische Blumen- und Schmetterlingschmuck von Roma e Toska, der das Outfit abrundet.

One of THE biggest trends in women's SS12 collections are florals. And it's the same when it comes to girl's fashion.
The designers let their creativity go wild and from printed sneakers up to almond printed dresses and shirts with flower applications one can find everything.
For all the girls who like a splash of color and something a bit extravagant there are the "colorful&modern" themed florals with striped leggings with huge pink flowers and dresses in royal blue with abstrat tulips. This tropical version puts everyone into a good mood.
"Wild flowers" is the more classic version of floral prints. The kitsch part of the floral print is taken either by the use of bright colors (as on the Paul Smith Junior Cardigan) or by unusual use of print ( as on the Court Spring Sneaker). Who thinks, that one floral print per outfit is enpugh combines the Roma e Toska skirt with the flower applications with a basic shirt. Fashionistas combine florals with florals.
When it comes to flower prints of course a romantic version can't be missed. Beautiful dresses in soft pastell colors are nice for special occasions like weddings or baptisms. The look is completed by the lovely butterfly and flower jewellry by Roma e Toska.

Bloch Ballerinas

Ein neues Label, welches diese Saison bei Kidsstars Premiere feiert ist das australische Label für Ballerinas "Bloch".
1932 gründete der russische Auswanderer Jacob Bloch das gleichnamige Label in Sydney. Ursprünglich machte Bloch ausschliesslich Ballettschuhe, die vor allem deswegen so begehrt und erfolgreich waren, weil Bloch versuchte auf die Wünsche und Beschwerden der Tänzerinnen und Tänzer einzugehen.
Inzwischen sind die handgearbeiteten Ballerinas nicht mehr nur unter Tänzerinnen bekannt und begehrt, sondern auch in der Modewelt.
In Zusammenarbeit mit der australischen Designerin Jozette Hazzouri wurden seit 1932 verschiedene Linien entwickelt, unter ihnen auch "Bloch Girls", die in der Fashionwelt beliebt und bekannt sind.
Ballerinas sind ja schon seit mehreren Saisons eines der must-have Schuhe und bleiben es auch für diesen Frühjahr. Ob zu Röcken, Shorts, Kleidern oder Hosen- Ballerinas passen zu allem.
Und vor allem über die wunderschönen und besonderen Schuhe von Bloch freut man sich nicht nur eine Saison.

One of the new labels at Kidsstars this season is the australian label for ballerinas "Bloch".
The label was founded in 1932 in Sydney by the russian emigrant Jacob Bloch. Originally Bloch only produced ballet shoes for dancers. They became famous because Bloch didn't only manufacture shoes that were excellent for dancing but also shoes, that fulfilled the comfort needs of the dancers.
Today the handcrafted Ballerinas are not only famous in world of dancing but also in the world of fashion.
The ballerina shoe has been a must-have in the last seasons and that is not going to change- at leat not this spring. With shorts, skirts, dresses or pants- they look great with everything.
And especially a beautiful and special shoe like the ones by Bloch make oyu happy for more than one season.

Back to the 70's

Bunte Hosen

Auch wenn es momentan noch kalt ist und der Sommer ewig weit weg scheint, möchte ich jetzt schon einen meiner Lieblingstrends für diesen Frühling/Sommer vorstellen, der allerdings auch schon jetzt tragbar ist: Bunte Hosen! In der Welt der Damenmode war das so genannte "Colorblocking", das Kombinieren von zwei knalligen Farben miteinander, schon letztes Jahr DER Trend. Und diesen Sommer ist es auch eines der Trends in der Mädchenmode. Ob Kanariengelb, zippy orange (übernommen ist dieser Farbname aus der aktuellen Roma e Toska Kollektion- aber dazu wann anders mehr) oder ein knalliges Königsblau- alles was bunt ist, ist diesen Sommer angesagt. Und die Farbe macht auch bei Jeans keinen Halt. Die normale Bluejeans weicht diese Saison Jeans und Hosen in tollen Farben. Ein tolles Beispiel sind die farbigen Jeans von Scotch R'Belle in rot, orange, gelb oder pink. Wem eine knallige Hose schon genug Farbe für ein Outfit ist, kombiniert diese einfach mit einem schlichten weissen Tshirt, wie dem weissen Crepe Shirt von Roma e Toska mit Spruch. Ganz mutige folgen dem Trend des Colorblocking und tragen zur bunten Jeans ein Shirt, Cardigan oder Pullover in einer anderen auffälligen Farbe. Zum Beispiel wie unten: Rote Hose+ gelber Cardigan von bengh per principesse, Hose in soft orange+ knallpinker Cardigan von Bellerose oder gelbe Jeans+ shirt in royal blue von Bellerose oder, oder, oder. Erlaubt ist, was gefällt. Viel Spass beim ausprobieren und kombinieren. Gute Laune garantiert!

Even though it's still freezing outside, I would like to introduce one of my favourite trends for this spring/summer, that can already be worn now: colored pants! In women's fashion the so called "Colorblocking" , the combining of two or more bright colors which each other, was THE trend last summer. And this year it's one of the biggest trend in girl's fashion. Sun yellow, zippy orange (this colorname is adapted from the current Roma e Toska collection- but more about that later) or royal blue- everything colorful is in. And the colorsplash of course doesn't stop when it comes to jeans. The normal bluejeans is replaced by colorfull pants and jeans. A great example are the colored jeans by Scotch R'Belle in pink, red, orange or yellow. Who thinks a bright pants already is enough color for one outfit just wears the jeans with a simple shirt like the white Roma e Toska crepe slogan shirt. Brave fashionistas follow the colorblocking trend and combine the jeans with another bright color. For example: red pants+ yellow bengh per principesse cardigan, pants in soft orange+ bright pink Cardigan by Bellerose or yellow jeans+ shirt in royal blue by Bellerose or, or, or. Whatever you like. Have fun trying around and combining colors. Good mood garuanteed!

Scotch R'Belle

Das Label Scotch R'Belle allgemein habe ich bereits vorgestellt. Jetzt ist die Frühjahr/Sommer 2012 Kollektion bei Kidsstars erhältlich. Für diesen Sommer gehören die Sachen von Scotch R'Belle definitiv zu meinen Favoriten. Ob süßer Rock und Tshirt mit Amerika Druck, Streifenleggings im used Look oder Cardigan mit Sternen- alles steht unter dem Motto "Stars&Stripes" und ist somit ganz dem Thema der amerikanischen Flagge gewidmet.
Wie es sich allerdings für ein gutes streetwear label gehört, bietet Scotch R'Belle aber auch eine super Auswahl an Denim. Jeanstechnisch weichen diesen Sommer die normalen Bluejeans Hosen in knalligen Farben.
Alles in allem ist die diesjährige Kollektion, wie schon im Winter, durch und durch stylish, lässig und trotzdem geeignet für jeden Tag! Nicht nur für wahre Amerika Fans ein must-have.


I already introduced the label Scotch R'Belle. Now their spring\summer collection is available at kidsstars. For this season Scotch R'Belle is definetly one of my favourite brands. No matter if cute skirts and shirts with the american flag on them, striped legging in used look or a cardigan with stars- everything serves the theme 'stars&stripes' and therefore the motto of the american flag.
As supposed for a streetwear label Scotch R'Belle also offers a great choice of denim. This season the typical bluejeans is replaced by jeans in bright colors.
All in all this collection, as the fall/winter one, is stylish through and through, effortless and just great on a day to day basis. A must-have not only for true america fans!

Making of

Nach herrlichen 2 Wochen in Zermatt bei bestem Wetter bin Ich nun wieder zurück im regnerischem Berlin. Gestern war im Kidsstars Office " End of Season Sale". 50% auf alle Teile aus den Winterkollektionen und alle Second Season Teile. Wer nicht aus Berlin kommt oder den Sale gestern verpasst hat, sollte schnell auf Kidsstars.de gehen und online noch ein paar letzte Schnäppchen schiessen.
Wer keine Lust mehr auf Winter hat und dem schlechten Wetter (zumindest mental) trotzen möchte, kann auf Kidsstars schon einige Sachen aus den Frühjahrs/ Sommer Kollektionen shoppen, von denen jetzt täglich mehr und mehr eintreffen.
Apropos Frühjahr/ Sommer Kollektion 2012; letzte Woche gab es bei Kidsstars ein erstes Shooting mit den frisch eingetroffenen Sachen. Marileen und eine Freundin wurden von einer Visagisten ein wenig geschminkt und mit witzigem hohen Pferdeschwanz wurden dann tolle Fotos gemacht. Hier ein paar making of Bilder.

After two amazing weeks skiing in Zermatt I'm back in rainy Berlin. How (like me) is sick of the rainy winter weather and (at leat mentally) wants to protest against it can already order some pieces of the spring/summer collections online at kidsstars.de. Everyday now new pieces of the summer collections are arriving at the office. Talking about spring/summer 2012 collections las week there was a first fotoshooting with Marileen and her friend in the some of the new clothes.
