Zitronenhuhn wie bei Mami

Dieses Rezept für Zitronenhuhn habe ich von meiner Mami und es erinnert mich immer an zu Hause, weil wir es so oft Abends alle zusammen gegessen haben. Mit dem besten Kartoffelpüree der Welt (natürlich auch selbst gemacht von Mama) dazu.
Dieses Essen ist unkompliziert, geht schnell und schmeckt köstlich.

This recipe is from my mom and it always reminds me of home, because we often have it for dinner. As a side we always have the best mashed potatos in world ( of course also homemade by my mom).
This meal is easy, fast and tastes delicious.

man braucht/ you need...

Hähnchenbrustfilet/ chickens breast filets

unbehandelte Zitronen / untreated lemons

getrockneten Estragon/ dried Estragon

grobes Salz/ rough salt

Olivenöl / oliveoil

Die Hähnchenbrustfilets in eine Auflaufform geben und genügend Olivenöl darüber geben, so dass die Filets in ca. 1cm Olivenöl liegen und nicht austrocknen. Grobes Salz darüber geben und pfeffern. Einige Zitronen halbieren und den Saft über den Hähnchenfilets ausdrücken. Die andere Hälfte der Zitronen in Scheiben schneiden und auf die Filets legen. Anschliessend den getrockneten Estragon darüber streuen, so dass die einzelnen Stücke ausreichend bedeckt sind.

Die Auflaufform bei 200°C Umluft in den Ofen geben und ca. 30-40 min backen, so dass die Hähnchen innen noch leicht rosa sind. Mein Tip: mit Kartoffelpüree und viel von dem leckeren Olivenöl-Zitronensaft aus der Auflaufform geniessen.

Lay the chicken into a casserole and pour so much oliveoil over it, so that the chicken lays in about 1cm of oliveoil so it won't dry out in the oven later on. Add salt and pepper as you like. Cut some of the lemons in half an press out the juice over the chicken. Cut the other half of lemons into rings and lay some of the rings on every filet. Give the dried Estragon over the chicken, so that they are almost fully covered.

Put casserole in the oven at 200°C and bake for about 30-40 minutes ( chicken should be slightly pink inside). My tip: serve with mashed potatos and alot of the olive-lemonjuice from the casserole.

Over the Top

Inzwischen ist es schon Mitte September und es wird langsam Herbst. Zeit für den Kauf eines Wintermantels. Ich habe meine drei Lieblingsmäntel von Kidsstars rausgesucht. Ein guter und schöner Mantel ist im Winter deswegen so wichtig, weil man ihn jeden einzelnen Tag trägt. Deswegen ist es natürlich wichtig, dass er gut aussieht und stylish ist, da er das ist was man die meiste Zeit sehen wird. Aber bei Kindern ist noch viel wichtiger, dass der Mantel robust ist und immer warm hält. Wenn er dann auch noch gut aussieht- umso besser!
Diese drei Modelle sind alle sehr unterschiedlich. Aber sie halten alle warm und sehen auch noch toll aus. Der erste ist ein richtiger Klassiker- der Arctic Parka von Woolrich in schwarz. Durch die echten Daunen super leicht und hält garantiert warm. Der Fellkragen hält zusätzlich warm und sieht schick aus. Mein absoluter Lieblingsmantel (übrigens auch für die Mami eine tolle Jacke). Der zweite Mantel ist ein wunderschöner kamelfarbener Wollmantel von Il Gufo. Schön auch für schickere Anlässe und was für das klassische Mädchen.
Der dritte Mantel ist der verspielte Mantel von Paul Smith der ein wenig an ein Duffle Coat erinnert. DIeser Mantel ist die eher sportliche Variante eines Wintermantels.
Also schnell einen Wintermantel aussuchen und bestellen, bevor es kalt wird und alle Mäntel schon weg sind.

It allready is mid of september and almost fall. Time to buy a wintercoat. I picked my three favourite coats from kidsstars. A good and warm coat is very imprtant. Not only is it the only piece one sees in winter but also is the piece one has to wear every single day. For children it is especially important to have a great wintercoat because it has to keep them warm every day and has to bear playgrounds, snowball fights and playing in the rain. If the coat looks great on top pf it keeping you warm- even better!!
These three coats don't only keep you warm but also look good.
My first choice is the classic wintercoat- the Arctic Parka by Woolrich. The real feathers inside and the fur keep you warm at any temperature. My absolut favourite coat. Also great for mothers by the way.
My second choice is the camel woolcoat by il gufo. Very preppy and chic. Also great for fancy events, like going to church on christmas or new years eve.
My third choice is a very playful variation by Paul Smith. It reminds by of a Duffle Coat. The sporty version of a winter coat.

Corner Eröffnung Roma e Toska

Das Alsterhaus in Hamburg eröffnet eine exklusive Kinderabteilung im 3. Stock.
