Making of

Nach herrlichen 2 Wochen in Zermatt bei bestem Wetter bin Ich nun wieder zurück im regnerischem Berlin. Gestern war im Kidsstars Office " End of Season Sale". 50% auf alle Teile aus den Winterkollektionen und alle Second Season Teile. Wer nicht aus Berlin kommt oder den Sale gestern verpasst hat, sollte schnell auf Kidsstars.de gehen und online noch ein paar letzte Schnäppchen schiessen.
Wer keine Lust mehr auf Winter hat und dem schlechten Wetter (zumindest mental) trotzen möchte, kann auf Kidsstars schon einige Sachen aus den Frühjahrs/ Sommer Kollektionen shoppen, von denen jetzt täglich mehr und mehr eintreffen.
Apropos Frühjahr/ Sommer Kollektion 2012; letzte Woche gab es bei Kidsstars ein erstes Shooting mit den frisch eingetroffenen Sachen. Marileen und eine Freundin wurden von einer Visagisten ein wenig geschminkt und mit witzigem hohen Pferdeschwanz wurden dann tolle Fotos gemacht. Hier ein paar making of Bilder.

After two amazing weeks skiing in Zermatt I'm back in rainy Berlin. How (like me) is sick of the rainy winter weather and (at leat mentally) wants to protest against it can already order some pieces of the spring/summer collections online at kidsstars.de. Everyday now new pieces of the summer collections are arriving at the office. Talking about spring/summer 2012 collections las week there was a first fotoshooting with Marileen and her friend in the some of the new clothes. A professional make-up artist made their hair and make-up and with fun high ponytails the shooting started. Here some making of pictures.

Ich starte zur Zeit das neue Jahr mit einem 2-wöchigen Skiurlaub in Zermatt. Deswegen gab es die letzten Tage auch leider nichts zu lesen auf dem Blog. Ich werde so bald wie möglich versuchen, wieder etwas zu posten. Bis dahin schicke ich liebe Grüße aus der Schweiz und ein Bild von dem Blick aus meinem Hotelzimmer :).

I've started the new year with a 2 week skiing trip to Zermatt. That's the reason for my lack of posts in the last couple of days. I try to post something as soon as possible. Until then I send you all the best from Switzerland and a picture from the view from my hotel room :).

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Schon wieder ist ein Jahr rum. Kidsstars.de und der Kidsstars Blog haben ihren ersten Geburtstag gefeiert. Ein erfolgreiches Jahr! Vielen Dank an alle Blog Leser und Kidsstars Kunden, die das jahr so erfolgreich gemacht haben und uns mit Fotos von ihren Kindern unterstützen und am Fashion Alltag teilhaben lassen. Ich wünsche allen Lesern einen guten Rutsch in das Jahr 2012 und dass alle Wünsche in Erfüllung gehen. Auf ein genauso tolles, nächstes Jahr!

Once again a year is over. Kidsstars.e and the Blog both celebrated their first birthday. a successful year! A stylish outfit for new years eve is a must. Here my idea: The beautiful velvet skirt with zippers by Junior Gaultier paired with a star leggings by Scotch R'Belle (new collection). Worn with the beautiful blouse by Roma e Toska and shiny Mary Janes by Galluci!

Winter Wonderland

Schlittschuh fahren...

Bis zum 2. haben die meisten noch Weihnachtsferien und können sich nach den Weihnachtsstagen und Silvester erholen. Aber was kann man an einem kalten Wintertag ohne anständigen Schnee überhaupt unternehmen? SCHLITTSCHUH LAUFEN!!! Das habe ich als kleines Kind schon gerne gemacht und noch jetzt bringt es mir unendlich Spaß an einem schönen Tag zur Eislaufbahn zu fahren und ein paar Runden auf dem Eis zu drehen. Am witzigsten ist es, wenn man ein oder zwei Freunde mitnimmt. Wenn man dann so richtig kaputt ist vom Schlittschuh laufen, kann man sich am Rand der Bahn noch einen heissen Kakao kaufen und den guten und nicht so guten Eisläufern auf der Bahn zu schauen. Damit auch auf dem Eis ganz weit vorne ist ohne zu frieren, hier mein Lieblingsoutfit für die Eisbahn: Natürliche ein Jeans, weil man sich in Röcken oder Kleidern nicht richtig bewegen kann. Zum Beispiel die schwarze Hose von True Religion. Dazu den dicken kuscheligen Rollkragenpulli von Roma e Toska. Der ist etwas weiter geschnitten, so dass man volle Bewegungsfreiheit hat und Dank großem Krageb braucht man auch keinen Schal mehr. Darüber dann die stylishe Leo Jacke, die an den Handgelenken schön eng ist. Und natürlich darf auch eine Mütze nicht fehlen um den Kopf warm zu halten. Hier iene graue Variante von Le Petite Chou.

Most of the kids have holidays until the 2nd of january and can relaxe and recover from too much food on christmas and new years eve. But what to do on a cold winterday without snow?? ICESKATING!!! I loved to go ice skating a s a child and still have lots of fun going to an ice skating hall and spending a great afternoon there. It's most fun if you take one or two friends. And after being totally exhausting from the skating , one can go for a hot cocoa near the ice skating place and watch the good and not so good skaters on the ice. In order not to freeze while being on the ice one needs a good outfit. To look stylish and still be warm this is my suggestions on what to wear: First of course a simple pant in order to be able to move, like the black one by True Religion. Paired with a cosy and warm sweater by Roma e Toska. It's cut a little bit wider, so it's perfect to move around. The turtle neck keeps you warm so you don't have to wear an annoying scarf. On top the stylish leo jacket by Monnalisa, that is nice an tight on the wrisks. And of course you need a hat. I suggest the grey, fluffy hat by Le Petite Chou.
Finished is the ice skating outfit! Have fun!!

Scotch R' Belle

Für die nächste Saison Spring/Summer 2012 bekommt Kidsstars zu den üblichen tollen Labels noch ein paar neue aussergewöhnliche Marken zum Sortiment dazu. Einige dieser Marken werde ich ich den nächsten Wochen hier vorstellen. Den Anfang macht Scotch R'Belle- wie der Name schon verrät eine Untermarke von Scotch and Soda. Scotch and Soda hat sich in den letzten Jahren sowohl in der Herren- als auch in der Damenmode einen Namen als lässiges streetstyle- und Jeans-Label gemacht. Und diese unangestrengte coolness findet sich auch in der Linie für Mädchen "Scotch R'Belle" wieder finden. Schaut man sich die Bilder der Kampagne an, kann man es kaum erwarten, die Kollektion endlich zu bestellen und in den Händen zu halten. Super stylisch und easy- so möchte jedes Mädchen aussehen. Vor allem für tomboy Mädchen schön, die es gerne bequem und lässig mögen ohne dabei unmädchenhaft oder unmodisch aussehen zu wollen.
Jedes Teil scheint für sich schon so stylish und easy zu sein, dass man den Eindruck bekommt es nur überwerfen zu müssen und schon sieht man so fabelhaft und modisch aus wie die Mädchen in den Kampagnen.
Besondern toll finde ich die Mütze (Bild 1) und die Zweifarbige Lederjacke auf Bild 2, mit abgestzten Ärmeln. So eine Lederjacke gehört in jeden Schrank.
Ich freue mich schon sehr auf ein neues Label, das vor allem für lässigen streetstyle steht. Eine erfirschende Alternative zu schönen Kleidchen und Röckchen Marken.
Man darf gespannt sein...

For the new spring/summer 2012 season there are some great new labels joining the usual fun repertory of brands at kidsstars.de. Some of the new brands i will be presenting here over the next few weeks. Today I'll start with a new streetstyle label calles Scotch R'Belle. As the name allready implies R'Belle is a daughter brand of Scotch& Soda, a jeans label which has become popular over the past few years for casual and stylish streetwear for men and women. The effortless coolness, the brand is famouse for can also be found in their line for girls Scotch R'Belle. If you take a look at the add campaign you definetely want every singel piece you see. Super stylish and easy- just how every girl wants to look. Especially for girls who like a more tomboy style, which is comfy and easy without losing the stylishness and girl attitude. Every piece is easy and can be combined with everything. Adding a cool and easy-going touch to every outfit. I really love the hat in picture one and the leather jacket in picture two. Every girl wants ( and needs) a two-color great leather jacket like this one. A very nice alternative to the usaul skirts and dress- brands.
