Twin Peaks

In der aktuellen Ausgabe des Junior Magazine ist eine wunderschöne Fotostrecke inspiriert von der gleichnamigen Serie von David Lynch, die Anfang der 90er sehr bekannt war. Kleine Cardigans, karierte Röcke, grober Strick und bunte Strumpfhosen stehen dabei im Vordergrund. Hier meine Tips zum Nachstylen.


In the latest issue of the Junior Magazine is the beautiful fotostory "Twin Peaks" inspired by the correspondent tv show by David Lynch, that became famous in the 1990's. Small cardigans, pleaded skirts, big knit and colorful tights are the main theme. Here are my ideas for an won "Twin Peaks" styling.

Preview Poppy Rose spring/summer 2011

Der neue Katalog von Poppy Rose für die Sommer Kollektion 2011 ist da. Und mit ihm ein erster Einblick in die neue Kollektion. Das Label ist bekannt für den typisch- englischen Blumendruck und eben diesen findet man auch wieder auf den Kleidern und Röcken. Romantisch und verspielt ist auch der Rest der Kollektion ( soweit ich es bis jetzt beurteilen kann). Gepaart werden die Röcke und Kleider mit feinen Strickjacken, Strickwesten oder Blazern. Zarte Farben wie weiss, rose und mintgrün bestimmen die Kollektion. Abgerundet wird der Look mir kleinen Römersandalen. ( Mir scheint, Römersandalen werden ein grosser Trend diesen Sommer). Für kleine Prinzessinnen genau die richtige Kollektion. Ich finde die Kollektion sehr gelungen und in sich stimmig.

Poppy Rose's spring/summer 2011 catalogue is here. And with it come the first impressions of the new collection. The Label is known for it's Libertyprint. And of course one also finds the britisch flower print on dresses and skirts this summer. Romantic and playful are the words that describe it best. Skirts and dresses are worn with fine knitweare vests and cardigans as well as with small blazers. Soft colors like pink, white and mintgreen are the main ones. To add the last touch, the looks are worn with sandals ( it occurs to me, that sandals are THE trend this summer). I really like the collection and think it's perfect for a small princess.
